You decide when you want us to pick up and drop off your washing.
You decide what goes in your washing load (we never wash your clothes with anyone else’s).
You decide which washing detergent we use.
You choose the settings for your wash and dry.
You select what you want ironing and at what setting.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept liability for the replacement of clothes and therefore it is essential that you carefully choose the settings for your laundry and the combination of clothes in each wash, or let us decide but accept the risk.
We do not accept pet blankets, and we match smokers with an appropriate partner.
Unless we are otherwise informed, we will iron all adult wear except underwear and polyester sportswear and will not iron children’s clothes except uniforms. We will also iron all bed linen.
All our laundry will be returned folded in a clean plastic box, and shirts and blouses on hangers in a clothes carrier. We recommend that clothes are removed from these as soon as possible to allow them to air.

Our service is only available in the East Riding of Yorkshire area.
How it works
Minster Laundry acts as a platform to match customers and partners to provide a peer-to-peer laundry service. Each partner is checked by us and is matched with the customer – we never mix non-smoker customers with smoker households, for example.
