Personal data is provided by potential customers to enquire about the laundry and ironing services that we offer and or allow these services to be carried out effectively, efficiently and well by us. To this end we collect the name of the customer, contact details, address, details of the normal services required, allergy details of household, pet details, and smoking details of household.

We will keep details of the services provided and will only provide the details of this if forced to under law.

We will not pass or sell details on to any other organisation.

If requested to by the customer by any method, we will remove all data within 28 days (except what we have to retain under law for tax purposes etc)

Partners and Potential Partners

Personal data is provided by potential partners to enquire about the laundry and ironing work that we offer and to allow us to select the best partners to produce the best outcomes for customer and the company (Minster Laundry & Ironing Ltd). To this end we collect the name of the partner, contact details, address, details of the services that the partner is happy to provide, allergy details of household, pet details, and smoking details of household.

We will keep details of the services provided by the partner and will only provide the details of this if forced to under law – for example by HMRC (His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs) for tax enquiries.

We will not pass or sell details on to any other organisation.

If requested to by the partner by any method, we will remove all data within 28 days (except what we have to retain under law).
